Venture client discovery

The Discovery phase identifies and validates the best solution for a specific business challenge. We collaborate with your stakeholders to define a high-priority problem and source leading early-stage ventures worldwide to address it. By the end of Discovery, we provide a shortlist of vetted deep-tech ventures and a clear pilot approach.

 

Venture client pilot

During the Pilot phase, we run a paid pilot with the selected venture to test its solution in a real operational environment. This minimal viable purchase approach treats the startup as a vendor from the outset, enabling us to procure and evaluate a small-scale solution under actual conditions. We establish clear KPIs before the pilot and monitor performance closely. Throughout the process, we gather user feedback and validate that the solution meets expectations before considering a broader rollout.

Scale & transition

After a successful pilot, we proceed to Scaling & Transition, where the venture’s solution is commercialised and integrated into your operations. We support expanding deployment across the organisation and formalising long-term engagement, such as by negotiating licensing or supply agreements. We also enable your internal team to manage the relationship with the venture, ensuring a smooth handover and sustainable operation.
